We found Lichty personnel to be professional and courteous. We always knew when they were coming and what they were going to do. We have a 100 year old house, which presents a special set of challenges, as construction styles and techniques have changed substantially since it was built. Lichty's people adapted to each surprise with good humor, which resulted in a job we are very happy with. No project goes perfectly, and we had small things that needed to be corrected. They took care of each detail again with good humor and an obvious desire to leave us happy and satisfied.

This company was very poor in communication with me. I am a disabled veteran who was looking to use grant money I qualified for to have some renovations done to my home. Things started good but when time went on, I could not get in touch with anyone and to the point they stopped responding to text messages and what not. I don’t know if they didn’t want the business or what but just say that instead of ghosting people. It goes a lot farther even if the work was not done. I would not recommend this company based on this experience alone. My contractor was TJ and another person I spoke to from the company was Shane and both by the time it was said and done with did not return calls or messages left.

Lichty building group recently replaced our front porch step railings. Bill and Chad were quick to respond to my questions and were readily available during the work. Our carpenter Nick did an outstanding job constructing the rails and was personable, organized, and left the work site neat and clean. I would hire Lichty group to work on our home again!
